Who We Are
WealthStack ("we," "us," or "our") operates the WealthStack financial intelligence platform, including WealthStack Alpha and The Playbook. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

Data Collection
What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform:
- Name and email address — collected when you take our quiz, sign up for the newsletter, or register for a paid membership.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs all payment data.
- Page view analytics — we log the page path, UTM parameters, and an anonymized visitor ID. No personally identifiable information is attached to analytics records.
- Session tokens — a secure cookie (
ws_session) is issued at login and stored for 30 days to keep you signed in. - Quiz responses — your quiz answers and resulting tier assignment are stored to personalize follow-up email sequences.
How We Use Your Email
Email addresses are transmitted to and stored by Sender.net, our email delivery provider. We use your email to send:
- Transactional messages — purchase confirmations, login links, account notices.
- Onboarding drip sequences — educational content following signup or purchase.
- Quiz nurture sequences — a three-email follow-up based on your quiz result tier.
- Member communications — Alpha Issues, special reports, and platform updates for paying subscribers.
Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link in compliance with CAN-SPAM. You may unsubscribe at any time. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
Payments
Stripe and Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We use Stripe-hosted payment links and webhooks. When you complete a purchase, Stripe sends us a confirmation event that includes your email address and subscription status — we store these to provision your account.
We do not store credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes. For details on how Stripe handles your payment data, see stripe.com/privacy.
Analytics
Analytics and Tracking
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. All analytics are self-hosted and limited to:
- Page path visited
- UTM source, medium, and campaign parameters
- An anonymized, randomly generated visitor ID (not linked to your name or email)
- Timestamp of visit
We use this data solely to understand which content and traffic sources are effective. We do not sell, share, or transmit analytics data to any third party.
Data Sharing
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Sender.net — email delivery
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
- Neon (Neondatabase, Inc.) — hosted PostgreSQL database
- Render Services, Inc. — application hosting
Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We engage them solely for the purposes described above.
Retention
How Long We Keep Your Data
- Email subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe. Unsubscription removes you from all marketing lists immediately.
- Session tokens — expire automatically after 30 days of inactivity.
- Page view analytics — retained for 90 days, then purged.
- Account data (paid members) — retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for tax and legal compliance purposes.
Your Rights
GDPR — Rights for EU Residents
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data.
- Right to restrict processing — you may request that we limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object — you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

California
CCPA — Rights for California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
- Request deletion of personal information we have collected.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information. (We do not sell personal information.)
- Non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.

Email Law
CAN-SPAM Compliance
We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email we send includes:
- Our physical or registered mailing address
- A clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism
- Honest subject lines that accurately represent the email content
Unsubscribe requests are honored within ten business days. To unsubscribe at any time, use the link at the bottom of any marketing email or email support@wealthstack.vip.
Security
How We Protect Your Data
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed session tokens, and access controls on our database.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Updates
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
