How to Request
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email support@wealthstack.vip within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Use the subject line
Refund Requestin your email. - Include the email address associated with your purchase so we can locate your order.
- We will process your refund promptly — no explanation required.
That's it. We don't require a reason, and we don't make you jump through hoops. If it's not the right fit, we want you to have your money back.
Processing
How Refunds Are Processed
- All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days from the date we issue the refund, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated on our end.
Alpha Subscriptions
Cancelling Your Alpha Subscription
WealthStack Alpha is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time.
- Cancellation: cancel via the Stripe customer portal (link provided in your welcome email) or email support@wealthstack.vip with the subject
Cancel Subscription. - Access after cancellation: your membership access continues through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- Partial month refunds: not offered for subscriptions. If you cancel mid-month, you retain full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Within 30 days of initial subscription: eligible for a full refund under this policy. Email us with subject

After 30 Days
Refunds After the 30-Day Window
- Refunds requested after 30 days of the original purchase date are not guaranteed.
- Late refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
- To submit a late refund request, email support@wealthstack.vip and explain your situation. We will do our best to be fair.
